The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Size Limit: Only dogs weighing less than 30lbs are permitted on the premises.

Number of Dogs: Only 2 dogs are permitted, please.

Proof of Vaccination: Prior to check in, Guests must submit proof of up-to-date vaccinations for their dogs, including rabies and other required vaccinations as per local regulations.

Leash Policy: As the yard is not fenced in, dogs should be kept on a leash when outside of the home or lanai.

Pet Waste Cleanup: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs, both inside the home and in any outdoor areas. Please dispose of waste in the outdoor green waste bins.

Behavioral Expectations: Guests are responsible for ensuring their dogs do not disturb neighbors. Excessive barking or aggressive behavior may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Pool Heat:

A pool heater is available, if needed, at a rate of up to $25/day for fall/winter 2024 (only if used!) Fee will be added at the end of stay.

Florida Wildlife:

While you're out and about, you might encounter some of our furry and feathered neighbors such as adorable rabbits or a colorful array of birds. It's truly a treat to witness these creatures in their natural habitat, so keep your eyes peeled!

Occasionally, you might also come across some other critters like raccoons, squirrels, snakes or even the occasional turtle crossing the road. They're just going about their daily routines, so please give them their space and enjoy observing from a distance.

For your safety and theirs, please refrain from feeding any wildlife you may encounter. This helps maintain their natural behaviors and keeps both you and the animals safe.

Rest assured, encounters with larger wildlife like alligators are extremely rare, especially if you adhere to posted signs and guidelines. Simply keep a respectful distance if you do happen to spot one, and they'll likely continue on their way without bothering you.
